otterSEA-Inside: Pacific Northwest — a TV series that takes you for a journey to meet our neighbors  under the surface of Pacific Northwest waters.

You’ll see surprising colors, contrasts, cold water creatures seldom seen on TV that look like they came from outerspace.  These submarine neighbors are part of the same ecosystem we are — we all share the same fate.
